Alex Leigh is an English fashion model and actress. She was born in Manchester in 1978.

Alex started modelling at the age of 15. She has claimed that she was attracted by the hectic and unpredictable lifestyle rather than fame and fortune. Many catwalk shows for well-known designers such as Betty Jackson , Tristan Webber , Jasper Conran , Dai Rees and Boudica have featured her. Alex has graced the pages of class leading magazines, including Cosmopolitan, Harpers & Queen, Elle, Dazed and Confused and Australian Vogue. She has appeared as the cover model for Later, Shine and Conde Nast Traveler and has been photographed by prestigious photographers like Rankin, David Bailey, David LaChappelle,Tony McGee and John Swannell.

Alex stars in a 'Lynx' fragrance, 'T K Maxx' and ' commercials. She attends the Manchester School of Acting, being trained by Mark Hudson.
